We have vintaged it in the end of October picking selected aszú
grapes and processed it according to the ancient tradition of
the wine aging in oak wine barrels for years. It is characterized
by a light golden yellow color and an intense scent. It is an
expressly light member one of the aszú wines. The tasting perception
is not overwhelmed by the feeling of sweetness. It has an exemplary
balance of flavors typical of the wine. It can be consumed aníywhere,
at any time. It makes a great dessert wine.
Recommendation: To be consumed at 12 ?C as a companion of sweets
or after dessert or for festive occasions.

According to the tradition of centuries, the result of a several-year
seasoing in a wooden barrel is a yellow color of amber and the
typical Tokaj tastes that goes with it. It gives the bouquet of
a thick and oily wine rolling into the mouth as we taste it. Its
scent is dominated by the fruity characteristic, yet the secondary
tastes of intense spiciness and seasoning are also present. It
is a beautiful example of well treated traditional aszú wines
as supported by its outstanding achievements.
Recommendation: Before meals as a gourmet or for any variation
of goose liver. It is excellent for desserts and cakes after meals,
but it can also be a companion of informal conversations and festive
dinners. It is perfect for ice cream bowls, fruits and also cheeses.
This 5-butt Aszú is more than just a wine, it is a truly royal
drink that can also stand alone without any gastronomical supplements.

It one of the great Aszú wines not only by the number of its
butts. The fresh acidity typical to Aszú wines balances the sweetness
of the wine perfectly well. It has a sparkling golden yellow color
the depth of which was gained from the number of butts and the
oxidative seasoning procedure done in wooden barrels.
Recommendation: Served at 12-14 ?C, it is an excellent companion
of goose and duck liver, blue cheeses, Gundel pancakes, peach
jam cakes, fruit, honey desserts. Accompanied by cigars it presents
a unique enjoyment.
